We paddle at a relaxed pace as we explore the channels and inlets between the islands. At lunchtime, we will find an island to land on and surrounded by windswept pines you can enjoy your packed lunch on the warm granite heated by the sun. This is also a great time to have a swim in the crystal clear water before continuing to explore.

Departing from Snug Harbour, our guides will make a safe route plan based on the weather conditions of the day. If the weather is favourable, then we will cross out to Franklin Island. Franklin Island is covered in iconic windswept pine forests, and surrounded with scenic bays and lagoons, making it a breathtaking place to explore by kayak.
Approximately 10 kilometres however we accommodate to the abilities of the group.

- Paddlesports equipment (kayak, Life Jacket/PFD, safety gear, paddle)
- Dry-bags for your personal items
- We pay you parking fee at Gilly's Marina
- Expedition First Aid Kit. Guides are Wilderness First Aid certified
